The açaí bowl is best eaten fresh, sitting in the café, ideally within five minutes of being made. This is the ideal. It is also not always possible. Work, family, the fact that Dubai traffic exists — sometimes you want the bowl delivered to you rather than going out to get it.

What Travels Well on Delivery
Not everything on our menu is designed for delivery. Açaí bowls are best eaten fresh because the frozen base softens over time and toppings like granola lose their crunch. If you are ordering delivery, we recommend ordering bowls for delivery distances that keep the total journey under 20 to 25 minutes. Within Dubai Marina, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Motor City, this is usually achievable.
Poke bowls travel better than açaí bowls. The ingredients are served at room temperature and hold their texture and freshness well in a sealed container. If you are ordering from a longer distance, poke bowls are the more reliable choice.
Drinks including our matcha lattes and protein shakes are available for delivery and travel well in sealed cups.
How to Get the Best Delivery Experience
Order the granola and wet toppings separately if your delivery platform allows it. This keeps the granola crunchy until you are ready to eat. Most delivery platforms have a "special instructions" field — use it to request toppings on the side.
Eat immediately when the delivery arrives. Açaí bowls are not a leave-it-for-later food. The sooner you eat after delivery, the closer it is to the café experience.
If you have a freezer at home and want to enjoy açaí more regularly, consider buying our take-home açaí pulp packs and making bowls yourself. We supply these at our locations. Combined with our homemade granola (also available to take home), you can recreate the bowl in your kitchen in about three minutes.
